*By explorers, we mean anyone who is not a medic!

1 day - WMT aims to launch this seminar in 2009 and run it twice a year |

This is a new course aimed at FFH students who want to refresh their training without repeating FFH or attending FFH 2 (within 3 years) |

2 days - held 4 times a year - normally March at the RGS, London, April in Scotland, July (as part of Expedition Skills) and autumn (the first 2 days of AMRFT) |
WMT's foundation course covering common expedition injuries and illness and use of prescription medications (antibiotics & pain killers). No needles. |
New in 2009 - FFH to held in Scotland at Glenmore Lodge, Aviemore |

Includes a review of important FFH subjects + invasive training; injections, suturing and iv canulation aimed at FFH students to upgrade their skillls and as as a refresher to past AMRFT delegates. |
FFH or AMRFT are pre-requisites and must have been attended within 3 years |
| Advanced Medicine for Remote Foreign Travel (AMRFT ) |
4 days - held annually |
Combines FFH + FFH 2 and includes invasive training; injections, suturing and iv canulation |

| Expedition Skills |
7 days - held annually in the Lake District |
Combines Woodsmoke bushcraft (2.5 days), FFH (2 days) and off-road driving/bush mechanic training (2 days) with Land Rover Experience |
Medics are welcome to attend even though FFH is geared to laypeople |
| Gap Travel Seminar |
1 day - run only on a private basis |
A comprehensive pre-travel/gap year seminar to prepare young people for the challenges of travelling abroad |
